• 3 to 5 years of experience in software development
• Developed web-based applications using C# in Visual Studio 2003 and above, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and above
• Experienced in Oracle 9i and above is a plus
• Experienced in Microsoft BizTalk is a plus
• Experienced in developing a workflow application is a big plus
• Experenced in Document Management System is a big plus
• Experienced in developing web-based applications using Microsoft's Ajax Toolkit is a big plus
• Having a Microsoft Ceritification is a big plus
• Should be able to communicate in English effectively
